I'm a digital designer and illustrator interested in solving problems and creating work that is artful, thoughtful, user-centric, and intuitive.
I work at the Brookings Institution in Washington, DC, where I conceptualize and design digital products for the web.
I graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2013 with a graduate degree in Graphic Design.
Before MICA, I worked for several years as a magazine journalist. Because of that background—I worked at Harpers, The Atlantic, and The New Republic—I’m highly attuned to words and ideas as well as images.
I’m an erstwhile art-history major and a lifelong doodler.
I live in Washington with my husband and two cats.
